Coaching vs. Therapy

Coaching is a professional development and personal growth service. It is not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment. Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health condition, medical condition, or psychological disorder.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional or call 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) immediately.

  • Complimentary consultation calls

The specific scope, duration, and structure of services will be outlined in a separate coaching agreement signed prior to the commencement of any paid engagement.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Engage honestly and in good faith in all coaching sessions

  • Complete any agreed-upon exercises or actions between sessions

  • Arrive on time for scheduled sessions

Session Cancellation

Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be forfeited at the Coach's discretion. The Coach will make reasonable efforts to reschedule where possible.
