who I work with

You’ve built a career most people only wish for. You know the playbook, and you’ve followed it.

Yet something keeps holding you back.

The inner voice that says you can’t do it.

The knot in your stomach before a big meeting.

The habit of doing it all yourself instead of asking for help.

None of that is a skills gap. It sits underneath the best strategy, forming what I call the Invisible Ceiling, and it can change.

A woman who’s worked as hard as you shouldn’t be held back by the patterns no one ever taught her to see.

why i do this work

I watched talented people stall, and it was rarely about strategy.

For nearly ten years, I stood in front of classrooms of bankers, consultants, and MBA students at Training the Street, teaching financial modeling and valuation, including workshops at Harvard and Wharton. Before that, I was an investment banking analyst at JPMorgan. The people who moved ahead weren’t always the most talented or the hardest working. They were the ones who handled what sits underneath: pressure, self-doubt, and the patterns they carried into every room.

So I studied it, starting with myself. I had always been a planner: at 18, in a small room in Russia, I wrote my first list of ten-year goals in a blue notebook, and many of them have since come true. What I hadn’t planned for was how much of success depends on what no plan can see.

Since 2016, I’ve coached accomplished women in finance, law, tech, and consulting one-to-one. Companies including Google have sponsored my clients, and more than 90% renew. If you’re reading this because working harder has stopped working, you’re not behind. You’ve outgrown the patterns that got you here.

Strategy only works on a cooperating operating system. My work is helping you build one, so the strategy you already have can finally do its job.

how it works

Three steps, five levels deep.

Beyond work

Before finance, there was ballet.

I grew up splitting my after-school hours between ballet and art school, and later danced in New York, which taught me early that the body often knows before the mind does. I still paint, and I travel whenever I can, now with our toddler.

next step

Curious whether this is the right fit?

Another year of working harder for smaller returns has a real cost.

The other path looks like walking into the hard meeting with a relaxed body and an alert, calm mind, and saying what you came to say.

It starts with a free 30-minute call about where you are and what’s getting in the way.

Free. 30 minutes. No pitch. If I’m not the right person to help you, I’ll tell you.
