From the time I was 18, sitting in my small room in Russia with a blue notebook in hand, I was already asking the big questions: Why am I here? What is my purpose? That summer, after reading my first self-help book, I wrote my very first list of 10-year goals, many of which I’ve since accomplished. That notebook stayed with me throughout many moves and life transitions and I still keep it in the drawer of my office desk. When I look at it, I’m reminded that life is never a straight line. Life is a dance that asks us to stay open, resilient, and willing to work with both the challenges and the magic.
That dance is what led me here. Today, I’m a professional certified life and career coach, author, and speaker. My gift is helping women thrive with clarity, confidence, and connection, not by pushing harder, but by aligning with who they really are and then taking inspired action.
Many of the women I work with are navigating career changes, relationship dynamics, and life transitions. Some come after years of achievement, wondering why they still don’t feel fulfilled. Others arrive in seasons of self-doubt, unsure of their next step but sensing there’s something more. Wherever they are, the common thread is a yearning: to feel more alive, more confident, and more connected to themselves.
Before opening my international coaching practice in Los Angeles, I spent several years working on Wall Street as a junior investment banker at JPMorgan and, later, a decade leading financial training programs as one of the senior instructors for the firm Training The Street. Each year, I delivered over ninety workshops across the U.S. and Europe at top financial institutions, MBAs, and consulting firms, teaching at places like Harvard, Wharton, USC, Columbia, Credit Suisse, Deloitte, and BCG, and many others to the next generation of business leaders. It was an incredible and busy chapter, but I felt called to bring together my business expertise and my passion for psychology and personal growth in a more direct, transformative way.
That calling led me to earn a Master’s in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica, to get not one but two year-long ICF-accredited coaching certifications, and to build an international practice that now serves women all over the globe. Along the way, I wrote a book that hit bookstores in March 2020 and became an instant Amazon bestseller, Get Clear on Your Career, and spoke on local stages through organizations like Toastmasters and the Los Angeles District 1 Professional Speaking Bureau to serve the community.
What I’m most proud of are the women I get to partner with every day: women who take courageous steps, create meaningful changes, and rediscover their power and joy. My role is to help them clear what holds them back, see the brilliance they can’t yet see in themselves, and move forward with clarity and grace.
